राफेल समझौते पर जहां कांग्रेस सहित पूरा विपक्ष केंद्र की मोदी सरकार को घेरने में लगा है। यहां तक की कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और रक्षामंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण पर देश से झूठ बोलने का भी आरोप लगाया है। अब वहीं इस पर पहली बार भारतीय वायुसेना का आधिकारिक बयान आया है।
राफेल विवाद पर वायुसेना प्रमुख एयरचीफ मार्शल बीएस धनोआ ने मोदी सरकार का समर्थन किया है।
समाचार एजेंसी एएनआई के मुताबिक वायुसेना प्रमुख ने बुधवार को राजधानी दिल्ली में एक कार्यक्रम के दौरान कहा कि केंद्र सरकार आज हमें राफेल लड़ाकू विमान मुहैया करवा रही है। इन विमानों के जरिए हम आज की मुश्किलों का सामना कर पाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि आज दुनिया में बहुत कम ऐसे देश हैं जो हमारी तरह की दिक्कतों का सामना कर रहे हैं। हमारे दोनों तरफ परमाणु शक्ति वाले देश हैं। आज हमारे पास कुल 31 दस्ते हैं, लेकिन 42 दस्तों की आवश्यकता होती है। यदि 42 दस्तें भी होते हैं तो भी दोनों तरफ की जंग लड़ना आसान नहीं होगा।
वायुसेना प्रमुख ने कहा कि आज हमारे पास कई तरह के हथियारों की कमी है। इन मुश्किलों को देखा जाए तो हम अपने पड़ोसियों के आगे मुश्किल से ही खड़े हो पाएंगे।
बता दें कि इस समझौते पर कांग्रेस का आरोप है कि यूपीए सरकार ने जिस विमान की डील की थी, उसी विमान को मोदी सरकार 3 गुना कीमत में खरीद रही है। कांग्रेस का कहना है कि इस नई डील में किसी भी तरह की तकनीकी के ट्रांसफर की बात नहीं हुई है। पूर्व रक्षा मंत्री एके एंटनी के अनुसार यूपीए सरकार की डील के मुताबिक, 126 में से 18 एयरक्राफ्ट ही फ्रांस में बनने थे बाकी सभी एचएल के द्वारा भारत में बनने थे। कांग्रेस ने केन्द्र सरकार पर भ्रष्टचार के गंभीर आरोप लगाए हैं।

In brief, Congress always doing half baked job, they purchases / made submarines without torpedo.
Congress purchased the P8i Anti submarine Aircrafts but failed to adorm all armaments. Because our Military were managed on JUGAD basis. Only INSAS Rifle were given without Bullet Proof Jackets and Night Vision Glass/ Helmets.
So they were willing to buy only the naked Aircrafts without the Missiles, maintenance and so on. It is made clear in 10 years, they made petty politics but failed to ink the deal with Dassault, France, whatever the underlying reason , which can not be described on QUORA. The Contract is very very comprehensive in nature and broadly comprised with (1) 36 Aircrafts (2) Attachments like Radar Confusor / Jammer, and other attachments which is being made in Israel / Germany etc, so the delay in delivery. (3) Spare parts (4) Training (5) Hungers (6) Maintenance for 5 years with promise of 75% combat ready ( As the SU 30 are ratio of combat readiness is 55% to 62%. So the the Congress do not go into the intricate mathematics and divided all amount by 36 . Moreover it was G to G contract, I think it is unique in India. So their prices are not representing the cost of Aircrafts.
The Offset amount was also used to develop our Kauvery Jet Engine now it is ready for trial fly.
The Questioner have to clarify, if a flat was available in 2007 at Rs 1,000 per sq ft , but no agreement was signed and present market rate is Rs 8,000 per square ft. Can a diligent person insist the Rs 1000 per sq.ft , as he was discussed once, but no agreement.
If it was so cheap, who obstructed to buy? , where theIAF inventory of Aircrafts are aging and depleating.
They also lingered the Tejas Project, as the Pakistan started manufacturing the J-7 Aircraft and Babar Cruise Missile, in 2007. Now India is inducting the Nirbhaya Cruise Missile and Tejas is on the Air. .
So there is nothing in the rafel deal, as they are trying to extract how many Meteor Missiles ans Scalp Missiles are coming which is not known by any body. As China is eager to know, because they have no comparable missile to METEOR BVAAR Missile and SCALP Air to Surface Missile.

Rahul Gandhi did put up a challenge to Narendra Modi for a debate on Rafale deal.
“Let there be a debate for however long you want… Narendra Modi will not be able to answer my questions even for a second, because Narendra Modi has stolen from India.”
Now I am not in favour of this debate as it is a matter of national security. However, Rahul Gandhi has asked for a debate. But here is the question. How is he gonna fair up when he himself is not sure about the details of the deal?
Rahul Gandhi's initial claim was that UPA got the deal for INR 700 crores while BJP signed it for INR 1500 crores.
"When Manmohan Singh was prime minister each Rafale aircraft would cost Rs 700 crore," said Rahul Gandhi."But Narendra Modi went to France and the price of each aircraft became Rs 1,500 crore. It just becomes double right away," he added.
Fair enough.
But remember when he spoke about the deal during No Confidence Motion? This is what he said.
Rahul Gandhi, during his speech, said the price per plane during the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) regime was Rs 520 crore but when Prime Minister Narendra Modi went to France and due to "some magic powers", the price per plane rose to Rs 1,600 crore.
Somehow, the UPA deal got reduced by INR 180 crores while BJP's deal shot up by INR 100 crores.
Okay, maybe he rechecked the data and corrected himself. But the data again changed during his Raipur rally.
Addressing an event in Raipur, he claimed that the price of the Rafale jets “magically” rose from Rs 540 to Rs 1600 crore per piece.
But this is not where it ends. In the same rally where he challenged Modi for a debate, this is what he said about the deal.
“Under the UPA deal, 136 aircraft were to be purchased, each one costing Rs 526 crore. But the Modi government changed this and now only 36 planes will be bought at Rs 1,600 crore per aircraft and without technology transfer,” Gandhi said.
Why so much of irregularities? Whoever is writing the speech for you Sir is surely not doing a good job out there and if the same person is gonna prep you up for the debate, well it would be another disaster. You need to get your data correct before you decide to throw the gauntlet at Modi.
I just hope that if such a debate takes place, he just doesn't repeat his hug and 'killer' wink.
